Study: Sleeping Next To A Snorer Is Bad For You

Having a snoring partner isn't just annoying, it turns out it's actually bad for your health...at least according to a new study.

According to Unilad, the study was done at the Imperial College of London and it analyzed how noise effected a sleeper's blood pressure. 

Basically it found that the louder the noise, the higher the blood pressure went. And it didn't matter if the noise was from snoring or from a plane flying overhead - all that mattered was the loudness.

High blood pressure, by the way, is linked to heart disease, dementia, stroke and more, so having to listen to a snoring significant other all night can really be bad for you!
