What's Next NOW: Andy Grammer

"Smoke Clears" is this week's pick!

Andy Grammer is preparing for a busy new year. His third album, The Good Parts, will be out in December, and the singer-songwriter is hitting the road to support it in 2018 – something he’s no stranger to doing, which hasn’t always been the healthiest thing for him. Andy said in a Facebook video that he worked himself so hard for months after the success of “Honey I’m Good” that he passed out in the shower while on vacation with his wife. Instead of enjoying their time together, they spent a week in an Irish hospital as he recovered from exhaustion. That experience created our What’s Next NOW pick, which is “very autobiographical”, according to Andy: it’s about how the people who matter are there for you no matter what… like his wife was for him. And now that they have a baby girl, it’s even more important for him to slow down once in a while! Hear “Smoke Clears” all this week on NOW!

What's Next NOW brings you a brand new song weekdays at 1:15, 4:15 and 8:15 on NOW 96.3!
